Shailendra Ghaste
Shailendra has worked across multiple business areas like asset management, equity research and investment banking. He has worked with IDFC and JM Morgan Stanley.

Manish Kumar
Over 22 Years of Banking Experience. He has worked as Product Head Retail Agri & Kisan Credit Card Finance RBL Bank. Has successfully introduced bankable agri products in leading private sector banks.

Ganesh Kaulaskar
Ganesh has worked across banking, fund management, treasury and risk management. Prior to joining Citibank India in September 2007, Ganesh has worked in leading banks in the middle east and leading asset management companies in India.

Vijay Puranik
Vijay is M.Sc (Agri) and professional qualifications in banking, finance and law. He was Retail Agri Risk Head , RBL Bank and has also worked with Bank of Maharashtra & Axis Bank.

Hemant Vora
Hemant has worked in areas like Corporate Banking and Investment Banking. Prior to joining ICICI Bank in February 2006, he has worked with KPMG, ANZ Grindlays and Lazard Capital.

Anup Kapadia
Anup has worked with organizations like Kotak Mahindra, HSBC and N.M. Rothschild. Anup’s experience covers transactions in acquisitions, equity raising, listing in capital markets, corporate advisory and restructuring.

Vision
We will nurture and support FPCs and Development Organisatons to improve the income of one lakh farmers and ten thousand rural artisans in the next three years (One Million Farmers by March 2030)
Impact
So far we have financed for livelihood activities for over 500 people with small means and over 2000 micro and small enterprises for their income generating activities.
